Shipping and Delivery

Indian Customers:

We ship our products from our Gurugram (Haryana) Facility. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, but generally, we offer free domestic shipping on our products. Our order processing time is 7-10 working days, as we produce the items upon receiving an order. If you require expedited delivery, please contact our customer care team at +91 97170 90790 to discuss the possibility of arranging early delivery. Once your order is processed and dispatched, it is usually delivered within 1-7 days, depending on the delivery location.

Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays and holidays. In the event of high order volumes, there may be slight delays in shipment. We will keep you informed via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay in shipping your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to track your delivery.

International Customers:

For our international customers, there is a flat shipping charge of INR 2500/- per order.

As the recipient of the order, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes, if applicable, imposed by the destination country. These charges are necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
