Exchange and Refunds
At Saatvikei, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Please take a moment to review our guidelines below:
15-Day Return Policy: You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. Please note that products sold on sale are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or a genuine issue.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including being unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please visit the shiprocket order tracking link and submit a return request. Afterward, contact us at saatvikei@gmail.com or via WhatsApp or call at +91 97170 90790, providing your return reason and order number.
Return Process: If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We strive to arrange for a reverse pickup from your registered shipping address within India. However, if the service is not available in your PIN CODE, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse address using a courier partner of your choice. Please email us the courier receipt once you have shipped the package for us to proceed with the process. Returns sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.
Damages, Issues, and Exceptions: Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we do not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards, but they can be exchanged in the case of manufacturing defects or genuine issues.
Exchanges: Once you have requested a return through the order tracking page or via WhatsApp/call, please contact us at +91 97170 90790, and we will assist you in placing an exchange order from our backend. Your exchange request will be processed as soon as the product is picked up from your address.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, if it meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that for return pickups arranged by us, a flat INR 150/- per product will be deducted from your refund amount as a return shipping charge. Alternatively, you can choose to self-ship the product, following our approval, to the address provided by us during the return process.
Partial Refunds and Late/Missing Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, if more than 5 days have passed since the delivery date, refunds may be subject to partial approval. If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company.
